How I Turned My “One Small Idea” Into a Meaningful 7-Figure Business
Over the last 10 years, I’ve poured my heart and soul into creating a business doing what I love. Since launching in 2010, my ‘one small idea’ has grown to multiple seven-figures per year, has been incorporated in five countries, and I’ve written and published more than 10 titles under our imprint Dailygreatness.
The most rewarding part though is knowing how my business has helped tens of thousands of people all over the world.
‘It’s been quite a journey, and along the way, I’ve learned many things about life and business. Perhaps most importantly, I’ve learned what it takes to stay focused, on-track, and inspired.’
But it wasn’t always this way…..
Previously I was a singer, actress, and songwriter with a dream of making it big in the entertainment industry. At the same time, I was a secret self-help junkie, reading every self-help book I could get my hands on. I had all the knowledge and all the concepts in my head but I was growing disillusioned with my life because it was not reflecting all the knowledge I’d acquired.
After moving to London to pursue my career, I hit a major crisis, which some called my breakdown but I prefer to call my ‘breakthrough’. I realised at my lowest point that something critical was missing from my practice….applied knowledge.
It’s not enough to read a book and put it back on the shelf, we need to apply those ideas in a consistent and congruent way if we want to create lasting results.
To get unstuck from this dark place, I started a kind of ‘daily ritual‘ of all the self-help concepts I knew of to help me reconnect to my values, remember my purpose, follow my passions, and create a new life vision.
After a few weeks, I was feeling less depressed, stronger, and more focused. Within a few months, I was experiencing growth in ways I’d not experienced before.
It was at that time that I got brutally honest with myself and ruthlessly listening to and following my inspiration, I made the decision to change careers and dedicate my life to working with my real passion — personal growth and human potential.
Soon after, I created the concept of Dailygreatness, a series of personal and professional results-focused journals and planners which are a synthesis of the best personal growth tools distilled down into a simple but powerful daily practice for mastering your mindset.
Fast forward 10 years, with both my customers and business thriving, I knew I wanted to work with people on another level.
I now coach and mentor entrepreneurs and business owners, just like you, to awaken your potential and take your idea and transform it into a successful business that supports the magnificent life you’ve been dreaming of.
‘What I know to be true is that transformation happens when you finally decide to stand in your magnificence.’
Over the years, I’ve learned that — much like my own personal journey — entrepreneurs experience many frustrations and challenges and it takes a lot to mature as an entrepreneur.
There’s often no one to turn to and the journey can be lonely. It takes courage to learn how to take the hits and get back up time and time again until you succeed, often in the face of perceived or real criticism.
Perhaps the most difficult part, yet the most essential element to succeeding as an entrepreneur, is doing the work of personal growth and acquiring the mindset of knowing how to think successfully. Without this, even the best strategy can fail.
I love working with my clients to instill in them the confidence they need to succeed, helping them to upgrade their mindset and pass on what I’ve learned along the way to help them succeed faster.
Aside from my husband and two children, Sage and Ambra, there’s nothing I love more than to coach and empower my clients to step up, own their power, and reach their potential.
I’d love to help you do this too.
